This policy explains what personal data we process, why, for how long and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect and why
On this website we only ask for your details in the contact form: your name, phone number, email, island and anything you want to tell us. We use them solely to answer your enquiry or prepare a quote. The same applies if you call us or write to us by email or WhatsApp.
The legal basis is your consent when you send us your message and, if you ask for a quote, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.a and b of the GDPR).
Your name and phone number are needed so that we can reply. We do not use your data to send you advertising or to build profiles.
3. How long we keep the data
We keep your data only for as long as they are needed to handle your request or provide the service. When they are no longer needed, we delete them. If you become a customer, we will keep your billing details for as long as the law requires.
4. Who we share the data with
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law (for example, to the Tax Agency).
To provide the service we rely on technology service companies (website hosting, email and delivery of the contact form) and, where applicable, our advisers. They may only use the data to provide that service to us, following our instructions, and do not use it for their own purposes. If any of them is outside the European Union, it meets the safeguards required by the GDPR.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that communication goes through WhatsApp’s servers (Meta Platforms) and is subject to its own privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time, free of charge, to see your data, correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, receive it to take elsewhere, or withdraw your consent.
Just write to us at info (at) procalor (dot) es or to Calle Santa Amelia, 18, Las Torres de Taco, 38108 San Cristóbal de La Laguna (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Spain. We will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
We protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and does not show our email address in the code, to prevent spam.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
